Book Review: Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman

Eleanor quickly reminded me of Bridget Jones’ Diary.  British, quirky, and extremely clever.  Eleanor says what everyone is thinking.  Or maybe she just says/thinks exactly what I am thinking most of the time 🤔.  Ever the the reclusive introvert, unbeknownst to her, she is hilarious.  But in spite of all of her hilarity, she has a painful backstory that you have to wait to find out in the end but when you do…you understand her personality, heart and character so much better.

I don’t think I’ve ever read a better character transformation than the one that took place in this story.

And again…Reese Witherspoon is making this book into a movie.  This is definitely one that you’ll want to gather with your friends to go see.

I give this one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
